You'll learn from this article:
Graph API has 2 requirements for accounts to use it — your Instagram* should be switched to a Business account and connected to a Facebook* public page.
If you already have a personal account on Instagram*, you can easily convert it to a business account.
Go to settings → find Account → tap on Switch to Professional account.
Note: Instagram* will ask you to choose your business category at the next step: business or creator. Please, choose Business as the social network does not allow publishing content to creator profiles yet.
Choose a page from your Pages that you'd like to connect to or create a new public Facebook* Page.
Go to the Page settings — you can find it at the bottom of the Manage Page:
Then, find the Instagram* section — you can connect your account right here:
Facebook* will ask you to enter your Instagram* account's username and password. After that, the pages will be linked and you will be able to connect your Instagram* account to Amplifr.
You can connect your account in Settings → Accounts and Channels → Instagram*.
The authorization will go through Facebook*.
Amplifr will ask you to grant access necessary to connect your account.
Important: Please, allow full rights that Amplifr asks for to successfully connect your account.
Once access is granted, you'll see the list of available Instagram* accounts to connect to. Choose pages and click "Connect".
You're all set! Instagram* is connected to Amplifr and you can start scheduling posts ✨
